In the past months, Mozilla was trying very hard to release updates for Firefox web browser more frequently. The new Firefox 6 in final version should be available in a few days for download via the in-browser update. Official release deadline for Firefox 6 is August 16th. Till then, you can try Beta version. New Firefox will have updated Address Bar functionality, redesigned Web Developer menu, improved Firefox Sync and faster startup time. Also, Firefox 6 will have 64-bit version too. Then, in late September, we are expecting Firefox 7. That one should be significantly faster and use less memory than Firefox 6 and all previous versions. As developers stated, it could use 20%, 30% or sometimes 50% less memory.
