It really depends on your needs. If you want to know how healthy is my diet, you’re probably better off buying a device that tracks your sleep.
Instead, I recommend using Apple Health, or a similar app, to track your sleep.

Apple Health vs. Apple Watch
Apple’s Health app works with the Samsung Galaxy S10, Note 9, S10e, S10+ and S9 smartphone.
The Samsung app is fully backed by Apple’s Watch, and you can have up to 12 separate Samsung devices connected to it.
If you’re using your watch with a Samsung device, you can also use the built-in accelerometer to track your sleep. There’s a big difference with the two apps, but I really like the Apple Watch.
When it comes to sleep apnea, most people probably don’t know which watch they should get. With the Apple Watch, you can track your sleep apnea with a few taps on your watch face, and it makes a difference.
While Apple is the only company that gives you a choice of devices you can use to track your sleep, I would consider the Samsung S10, Note 9, S10+ and Note 8.
I also highly recommend Samsung’s S10, Note 8, S9, S8 and Galaxy S9.

The iPhone Sleep Score, Your Browser and Your Phone
If you’re like me and just want to sleep easy, this is the sleep score app for you.
It uses a sleep score and the browser to track your sleep. It syncs your data to the Sleep Score dashboard on your phone, and it automatically updates.
