This was the only towel that didn’t scratch the back of my legs or my arms when I was washing; even the lighter linen towels didn’t scratch my legs or my arms. The linen towels were soft enough to stay nice and to protect my skin from any water splashes that might get in there.
We love that the towel doesn’t look too bright or too dark and that the towel comes in a wide variety of patterns.
It’s important to note that not all towels are created equal when it comes to color and pattern. Some designs are better suited for women and others for men.

If you’re looking for an affordable towel that’s durable and that you won’t have to clean again, this is your towel. It’s a bit pricier than the others we’ve looked at but it’s worth the money if you’re looking for a towel that won’t be broken or stained in an upcoming wash.
The L.L. Bean towel was my top pick for its durability. It’s nice and thick and has a classic black pattern. The other towels we looked at didn’t have a “classic black” pattern and it was difficult to tell in the photo.
The towel comes in 3/8 inch size and is available in 10 to 1/2 inch size. You’ll find this towel in both black and white sizes.
If you’re looking for a thin towels that will be easy to carry around, I would say this is the one for you.
L.L. Bean is a trusted brand and they’ve made sure that the towel is of high quality. I’ve been using this towel for two years and I’ve never had a single issue with it.
The towel is super absorbent with only a small amount of water and a light texture to it. It’s a perfect length to use around the house and it’s great if you’ve got kids.
We love the thickness and the thickness of the towel. It doesn’t feel like the towel is slippery and feel like it is soft and water-resistant. We do find it a bit difficult to put a towel under the table and it’s not the best choice for travel.
