Conclusion

Because of bugs that we experienced and problems that other users on Internet have with SP3, we recommend complete back up before SP3 installation. To those that update system on daily basis, SP3 will not bring much, but those that “stopped” on SP2 or SP1 installation and didn’t upgrade or update their system regularly, SP3 installation will be very useful (a little bit faster system, a lot of safety patches). By and large if you want to use SP3, you should be prepared for installation of new drivers and newer versions of programs that you use.
