Beside the standard gamer desktop systems, there are more and more “muscled” gaming notebooks available. It is no longer strange to set all the options to “high” when playing games on a notebook, even in great widescreen resolutions. If you already have the opportunity to play the newest Need for Speed on the road or in a park, why not play it with a gamepad? Genius has to a certain extent predicted this sort of situation, so now you can find several of their gamepad models intended for use with notebooks.

We had the chance to review two of those, named “MaxFire Pandora” and “MaxFire Pandora Pro”. The latter should be both better and more expensive, but they are very difficult to compare directly. What is it that makes them different compared to their desktop brethren? Well, among all things that came to your mind, only two answers are true – size and compactness. Also, their price is something that is bound to make them more popular on the market, being more than reasonable.
