Mouse as PC peripheral had few significant evolutionary steps in its history. Since the 80’s, when first commercial mouse was presented, mouse devices evolved and changed the way they work few times. This button layout is definitely better for FPS gamers because it allows faster access to mouse wheel and third button. Between left and right mouse button, where wheel should have been, is placed Triple Click button that can be used as left button double click.
