The rarely seen screen diagonal of 16 inch tells us that this model is oriented toward users that are used to watch a lot of movies. This display has very popular 16:9 screen ratio that allows best experience for watching movies. Picture is nice, with good contrast and balanced brightness, very pleasant to watch and with somewhat smaller vertical viewing angle. Thanks to proportions of the screen, notebook looks stretched out and elegant.

For best movie experience you should use best video format and there is nothing best than Blue-ray disks for now. Since Blue-ray movies are appearing in larger amount every day, Blue-ray reader that is integrated into MSI EX620 is nice detail especially if you don’t plan to purchase another notebook in next few years. This Blue-ray reader can also get handy if you connect this notebook to big TV screen thanks to present HDMI port. Other connectors are also present in large numbers and we even liked their layout. Although we are used to see fingerprint reader on business models, MSI decided to put one of those on this model which is nice decision.

Choice of components for MSI EX620 is good and we have no complains in that area. Newest Intel platform, fast CPU, more than enough memory, big hard disk … Configuration that can satisfy wide range of users except for hard core gamers.

Notebook that we got came with drivers and applications for Windows Vista so you don’t have to bother with large download.
