Page 1 of 3 Observed backwards (from today's perspective), it is a logical question - why did ABIT interrupt the cooperation with the world's best IT engineer as far as motherboard production is concerned? An unwritten rule says that in every employer-employee relationship, the employer is the one that should determine the actual value of his/her employee.
Obviously, at a specific moment, ABIT failed to realize that Mr. Oscar Wu was in fact priceless and renounced him way too easily. DFI knew what to do and used the once-in-a-lifetime chance - they brought Mr. Wu into their own ranks. Soon afterwards, DFI became the leading enthusiast-oriented motherboard manufacturer.
