Page 1 of 4 If you have maybe noticed, in last few articles almost single novelty regarding LGA 775 motherboards is coming from Asus. Other companies operate like sleepy and less interested in order to cover the market with all possible models and revisions of existing models, while Asus does it very eagerly. As current actual two Intel chipsets, plus nVidia with one (and his derivates), cannot be that many variations on the topic; however in Asus they’re trying hard to surpass the possible boundaries within the invention of various versions of its models. Within that „bunch“, the best fitter is „plus“ version P5N32-E of motherboard we tested in previous edition.
Aforesaid „plus“ version has just for a nuance richer accessory package , and what’s important, conceptually slightly more quality voltage unit. Of course, configuration is the same, but principally electrolytic components which were used are of slightly better quality than components installed in „non plus“ version. Within the testing of P5N32-E Plus model, we ascertained that this board realizes absolutely the same results regarding performances and overclocking, thus some more significant and more real differences between classical and „plus“ version are not present. As we solved „this dilemma“, we can dedicate ourselves to the boards representing real, new models.
