Blade 1066
These modules are clearly certified as DDR2-1066 CL5 at (only) 1.8V. We managed to achieve 600MHz at 2V which is DDR2-1200 default. This proved the fact that OCZ carefully pick which chips will go to which memory modules since Blade 1200 achieves same speeds at 1.8V. Adding more voltage didn’t result in speed increase so it was the limit for these modules. This is actually very good results since only a year ago you needed to buy high-performance modules to achieve these speeds and, at much higher voltage settings.
