Conclusion
We can only establish that Titan with Fenrir cooler has made big step forward compared to its previous models. Although there are still details that can be further improved (like contact between fins and heat pipes) this cooler is definitely worth of your attention. Since price tag for this cooler is around 35€ we can conclude that Titan has made one excellent product that can satisfy overclocking appetites of everyday overcloker that needs stable, quiet and efficient CPU cooler for 24/7 overclock.
