Besides huge airflow Cooler Master HAF 932 showed remarkable results when it comes to cooling of all computer components. On side panels are openings that improve air circulation. Left panel is perforated so user can replace one 220mm fan with 4 120mm fans. Top side is also perforated and allows easy mounting of Aquagate MAX cooling solution . Front part of top side is reserved for your mobile phone or media player. This area has rubber pad that can be taken off for easy access to holes that can be used for refill of coolant for Aquagate MAX cooling system. On front edge of top side are located Power and Reset buttons. Since this chassis will be most likely located on floor, this is very practical location for those buttons. Power button is larger in size while Reset button is significantly smaller and it is hard to imagine scenario where “someone” can “accidently” press reset button.

Top segment of front side is reserved for front panel connectors and LEDs: 1 eSATA, 4 USB 2.0, FireWire, audio connectors (microphone / earphones) along side with Power and HDD LED. There are 6 5.25inch bays and one of those can be transformed into 3.5inch bay thanks to adapter and mask that is present in the package. Mounting of all 5.25inch devices is tool-less thanks to simple mechanisms. Side panels can be dismounted also without screwdriver thanks to screws with large heads: thumbscrews. HAF 932 inside looks similar to ATCS 840 model. HDD mounting system is the same. Also, as on ATCS 840, primary power supply unit location is on bottom side. Secondary location for PSU is at top side but then 220mm fan has to be dismounted. In case you mount PSU at the bottom you can place one 120mm fan below PSU. We have mentioned few times that proper cabling in chassis is very important. This is another case from Cooler Master that has big gap between motherboard mounting plate and right side panel that can be used for cable “hiding”. Plastic stripes that are supplied with this case can be put to good use since right panel of chassis is perforated.

Cooler Master HAF 932 is massive piece of hardware especially if we take into account the fact that it is not built out of aluminum but out of steel. Weight of this chassis is not negligible and it is nice that Cooler Master implemented quality “silver series HiFi” stands that can be replaced by wheels (with brakes) for easier maneuvering. Although we don’t expect that proud owners of this chassis will move it that much.
