Next month, AMD is going to introduce more cards supporting DX11, namely the Cedar GPU-powered Radeon HD 5500 series and HD 5450. The lowest end card in this already low-end line, the Radeon HD 5450, will feature, as ati-forum.de is reporting, 80 Stream Processors, a GPU clock of 650 MHz, a 64-bit memory interface, and 1GB of GDDR3 memory set at 1600 MHz.
The Radeon HD 5450 will come as a low-profile card with a passive cooling solution and will have VGA, DVI and HDMI outputs. This card should be announced next week and cost under $50.
