Fujitsu launches the new Fujitsu LifeBook S6520 and S6420. They are integrated with the latest graphics processor engine, the S3 Graphics Chrome 430 ULP.

S6520 provides graphics performance that supports Microsoft DirectX10.1 and also supports high definition video playback based on the ChromotionHD Video Technology. SlimEdge Design, with edges only 5.6mm wide, offers an additional 12.5% active display surface as compared to other notebooks of a similar size range. This wide screen also realises the possibility of launching two applications in a horizontal layout to bring about optimal display space for the professionals.
S6520 provides graphics performance that supports Microsoft DirectX10.1, the S6520 also supports high definition video playback based on ChromotionHD Video Technology.

Fujitsu LifeBook S6520 is very light, the body weighs 1.7kg, making it exceptionally easy to bring around.
It has a built-in 1.3 Mega Pixel Web Camera and Dual Built-in Stereo Microphones. The LifeBook S6520 is powered by the latest refreshed Intel Centrino 2 processor technology, while supporting the Intel Core2 Duo processor, with an Intel PM45 Express Chipset and Intel WiFi Link 5300AGN (3x3) for wireless connection to enable both indoor or outdoor business and social activities.
Fujitsu built the LifeBook S6520 with a 6-cell Li-ion 5800mAh battery that offers almost 4 hours of usage and even more if you turn to its new high capacity 2500mAh bay battery for back-up. In addition, the modular bay has a Dual Layer DVD Super Multi writer to guarantee compatibility across the gamut of CD/DVD types, particularly CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD-RW and DVD-RAM.
Security issues are kept in absolute check with the LifeBook S6520 with advanced security features including the Fujitsu 3D Shock Sensor, BIOS Lock, LifeBook Lock, Hard Disk Lock and an optional Trusted Platform Module (TPM) that protects confidential data from prying eyes. With its Fingerprint Sensor, you can also gain instant access to encrypted data with the swipe of a pre-registered fingerprint.

It is a harmonious balance of slimness and power with a 13.3-inch SuperFine widescreen (250nits, 1280 x 800 pixels) and a powerhouse processor, running on the latest Intel Centrino 2 processor technology. Wireless communication is a breeze with the Mobile Intel GM45/PM45 Express Chipset and Intel WiFi Link 5300AGN (3x3) network connection, with the built-in 1.3 Mega Pixel Web Camera and Dual Stereo Microphones making it simple to keep in touch wherever you are.

LifeBook S6420 is equipped with a wide LCD Display, Dual Layer DVD Super Multi writer or DVD/CD-RW Combo drive to make watching VCDs/DVDs an integrated multimedia experience and with 6-cell Li-ion 5800mAh battery that provides almost 5 hours of usage and extended battery life in the form of the new high capacity 2500mAh bay battery on stand-by.
