MSI is hoping for a solid growth of its business this year, one of the catalysts for it expected to be All-in-One desktops PCs. MSI sold some 300,000 AiOs in 2009, but with a more aggressive push and the economic recovery (sort of), it plans to deliver about 1 million units in 2010.
Reaching the 1 million mark would help MSI become the fifth largest All-in-One vendor after Apple, HP, Sony and NEC, and ahead of arch-rival Acer's who currently holds the #5 medal. The All-in-One market is expected to record a boom this year and reach 15 million shipped units, up from 6 million in 2009.
