With a full list of premium capabilities, the MP513 is the strong performer for everyday projection needs, ranging from gaming and video to school and office presentations. Texas Instruments’ Digital Light Processing (DLP) enhances big-format viewing with high image quality. DLP’s higher fill factor ensures sharper, easier-to-read text, charts and fine details, which are critical for classroom and business presentations. With the exclusive use of DLP chip technology, the MP513 employs a sealed optical engine that eliminates the need for filters, simplifying maintenance and avoiding problems associated with blocked filters. The MP513 further projects in vibrant, bold colors using BenQ’s advanced 6-segment Golden Ratio color wheel and BrilliantColor, which boosts brightness up to 50% while amplifying mid-tone hues.  Users can customize color preference with proprietary 3D Color Management for independent adjustment of hue, saturation and intensity of all six color wheel tones – red, green, blue, cyan, white and yellow. Plus, projector has ultra-quiet, class-leading noise level of just 26/31dB (Eco/Norm modes).

Smart features and conveniences make operation and application a breeze in all usage scenarios.  For video, a Closed Caption option enhances viewing for those with hearing concerns, learning a new language, or for noisy environments.  Media delight is elevated via HDTV compatibility that supports for up to 1080i. The MP513 additionally features a high 2500:1 contrast ratio for superb dark scene details.  Ample brightness for all work and play applications is made possible by the MP513’s 2500 ANSI lumens.

A suite of features tailored to teachers, administrators and busy professionals include Presentation Timer, Quick Auto Search, 30-second Quick Cooling, Panel Key Lock, Security Password and OnScreen FAQ.  Wall Color Correction and 11 preset picture modes ensure optimized color and image quality.
The MP513 will be available worldwide August, through retailers, online dealers and IT resellers.
