With Games Convention 2008 just around the corner, e-Sports fans around the world are getting ready for the KODE5 CM Storm 2008 Invitational. This event will feature four of best Counter-Strike 1.6 teams in the world as they battle for a slot at the KODE5 2008~2009 Global Finals.

Today, KODE5 is announcing that TBH.eSports has been invited to attend this event and will join Fnatic, Team Alternate, and Mortal Team Work from August 22nd to 23rd at Games Convention 2008. TBH will be replacing Meet Your Makers, who could not attend due to a scheduling conflict.

    "We are happy to extend this invitation to TBH and are looking forward to what will be some exciting matches to kick off KODE5's 2008~2009 season," said Lester Lau, KODE5 Revolutionary-in-Command. "We wish TBH.eSports the best of luck at the event, and also look forward to seeing MYM at our other events next season."

    "Our entire squad had been looking forward to participating the KODE5 CM Storm Invitational at Games Convention, but due to a sudden scheduling conflict, I'm sorry to announce that MYM will be unable to attend," said Ronnie Jelsbak, MYM Counter-Strike Manager. "The Invitational at Games Convention was a great chance for MYM to qualify for the next year's Global Final and we're sorry to have to pass it up this time. Our humble apologies go out to KODE5, Cooler Master, and the fans that were looking forward to seeing MYM in action at Games Convention 2008. KODE5 is one of the world's most prestigious e-sports events around the world and MYM will definitely be attending KODE5 qualifiers this upcoming season. The past Global Final in Moscow was a great event, and we will make sure to qualify for the next one."

    Friday, August 22 – mTw vs Team Alternate – 10:00 – 12:00 CET
    Saturday, August 23 – Fnatic vs TBH.eSports – 10:00 – 12:00 CET
    Saturday, August 23 – Grand Final – 14:00 – 16:00 CET
