This is just another rumor, considering Apple iPhone “Nano”. It should be released just in time for Christmas. It seems that “Nano” will be offered by O2 through pay-as-you-go programs in UK with price tag up to £150.

“However, a cut down version, with the candy bar shape of iPod nano
music players, would be a huge hit as a Christmas gift.
One expert
suggested the nano phone would have a touch wheel on the back and
display on the front so that numbers would be dialed from behind.”
