Hi,
I have a bizzare problem with windows xp+explorer. System restore, User accounts, etc. they all refuse to function- instead of windows with content, they're all coming up blank=without any content. In a similar manner, flash material is missing and web pages with lots of flash not loading at all- clean white page. possibly, the problem involves active-x issue (the active-x questions are missing= not coming at all). What can i do to fix this?
