Can anyone tell me why I need to restart my pc (sometimes several times) before I can get the &quot;two greens&quot; on my broadband service.<br />If I try to log onto my broadband account after starting pc I get an error 721 code.<br />Restarting computer almost always remedies this,however this sometimes needs done several times.<br />Once broadband connection has been established service is excellent.<br />Thanks<br />_________________<br />raccoon control parental control software

It might be related to your DHCP / modem settings. Make sure you&#039;ve installed drivers correctly and reset the dsl / broadband modem to factory defaults. If problem is still around, call your ISP.

If nothing else disabling and re-enabling the network connection might work. If it&#039;s just not trying to pull an IP through DHCP then &#039;ipconfig /renew&#039; would too.
