I recently beat FEAR which I loved, I have COD2 that I never beat but I got kinda tired of that, I was thinking of picking up quake 4, its only $20, but is the single player mode good? Its going to be hard to top FEAR buy any recommendations? Oh rainbow six vegas was another one I was thinking of.

I don&#039;t know did you have a chance to play Doom 3 or not, but imagine Quake 4 single player as Doom 3 with some bigger outside areas. SP isn&#039;t that bad, but you should get it only if you&#039;re interested in Q4 multiplayer.<br /><br />Also, I played Rainbow Six - Vegas and wasn&#039;t impressed at all. I&#039;d rather get Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter or GRAW2.<br /><br />Of newer FPS&#039;es with nice sp there is S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl (if your PC is up to its requirements) and Prey from last year.
