OCZ filing for bankruptcy,

OCZ, one-time legend in memory technology has declared bankruptcy, Engadget reported. That isn't necessarily the end of the story, because Toshiba has offered to buy all of OCZ's assets. If OCZ is not able to agree to final documentation with Toshiba, the Company expects to imminently file a petition for bankruptcy and liquidate.

Anyone who was at least a bit interested in the global gaming scene in the last ten years has certainly heard about a guy named Johnathan Wendel, who’s far more known by his nickname Fatal1ty. Even though he was successful long time ago (in gaming terms), products with his name are still being made in order to attract customers. There were really a lot of them: motherboard, coolers, video cards and various peripherals. OCZ, for quite a while now, has a line of power units with Fatal1ty brand name. Some products with Fatal1ty name were legendary, such as Zalman’s VG-700 video card cooler. On the other hand, some of them weren’t as successful. In which category will OCZ Fatal1ty 750W fall, remains to be seen.
