ImageAs always, LG is one of the companies that takes IFA very seriously, and we couldn’t help ourselves not to notice a lot of new stuff they displayed. Home Entertainment, as their most successful production section, is being supplemented by some new products. We saw the new Infinia models and LEX8 NANO FULL LED displays, which are only 7.8 mm thin - in the TV world that is seriously thin!

On the other side of the exhibition space, there was the world slimmest 31” OLED TV, just 2.9 mm thin! The really good part of this is the great picture on LEX8, LEX9 (world’s largest 72” LED TV) and OLED TVs. The one part of the exhibition space was being occupied by 3D projector rooms and LG living room concepts, with couple of them based on a bluray players with adequate sound systems, such as HX900.

The IT part of the LG was oriented to their Smart TVs that allow viewers to use TV as a center of their digital home. Together with easy to use applications, online content and smart phones synchronization, they are expanding the everyday usage of TV and bringing it up to an entire different level. This Smart TV will also feature a new Magic Motion Remote that is a kind of a hybrid WiiMote, which you can use to easily access any data and even play games.
