Super Talent has this week updated its storage offer and launched new DuraDrive series solid state drives which are aimed for demanding industrial environments and are certified to operate at temperatures as low as - 40 degrees Celsius and as high as 85 C.

 

Super Talent's latest rough and tough creations called DuraDrive AT3 have a 2.5-inch form factor, multi-level cell NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 3.0 Gbps interface, 128MB of DRAM cache, and deliver read and write speeds of up to 250 MB/s and 170 MB/s, respectively. In terms of capacity, the DuraDrive AT3 will be available in 32GB, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB versions.
