As expected after this year’s CES, there were a lot of new products at Cooler Master's boot. One of the first cool stuf that you can see are two moded cases, one with round shape which is made out of leather and plexiglass, and the other which is made out of one and a half case, just so you can get three separate radiators for custom water cooling system and quad SLI graphic system.

New CPU cooling solutions are ever popular, and there is a line of a few new models. V-A2 is HTPC users oriented, heatpipes based cooler with slim silent fan. The 12cm fan goes from 500-1600rpm, and even when is in max speed there is no noise whatsoever.  

GeminII S model finally got his rightful successor, and the new model is called GeminII S524. The principle is the same: shape remaind very similar, whilst fins are a bit farther from the base. The new model still has the cooper heatpipes that runs trough the base, and everything is nickel-plated, which look very nice. The 12cm fan uses DynaLoop bearing and it is great combination of great airflow and silent performance.

They didn’t forget about water cooling, and A-L2 project proves that. We already wrote about this model we saw at CES, but as a reminder, it is a heavy duty CPU cooling solution with a special base made out of thin cooper layers that allows great heat absorption. 

For those who liked Z600, we got it’s succesor also – model Hyper 612S, and a smaller, and also cheaper version - Hyper 412S. So if you are enthusiast you should look up for one of these two models, and choose one according to your CPU and budget. Just remember that these models uses fans that are also very quiet so you do not have to worry about your PC making funny noises under heavy load or gaming sessions.

As always low market segment is not forgotten, and there are some affordable models like Vortex 211Q/211P and similar ones that are basically replacement for noisy and bad performing box solutions. For those that have problem with CPU coolers and fans that doesn’t allow instalation of memory with tall heatspreaders there is XtraFlo 120 Slim, 12cm slim and silent fan that can replace your regular sized fan and keep the performance on the similar level.
