Once again, we have a Gigabyte DQ6 motherboard on our testing table, which means we are dealing with something prestigious. Of course, the board arrives in a huge packaging, size matching the status of the series, and the bundle is quite large as well. 
This time, we are reviewing the new nForce 780i chipset, provided by ASUS, based on the newest Nvidia motherboard solution which should provide quite some novelties for gamers. Before we deal with the motherboard itself, let's see what those are. 
ASUS... It is simply incredible how much this IT giant from Taiwan knows the ways of marketing and promotion. However, quality marketing has to be supported by quality products in order to be effective. In this era which we have to call “Core era”, ASUS has shown both. 
It is impossible not to notice that this motherboard model has absolutely every component cooled in some way. ASUS had motherboards on a couple of occasions whose MOSFETs or other parts weren't a part of the heatpipe system, which required active cooling in case of overclocking. 
If we take for granted the promised price of 170€ for this board, with all the possibilities it has, this is definitely a “Best Buy” motherboard in the upper segment. Foxconn obviously found its path in the multimedia-overclocking philosophy, which is a truly promising concept. 
The Biostar TP35D3-A7 Deluxe is a full ATX motherboard, based on Intel's P35 chipset, and the more imaginative readers already concluded from the “D3” that this board has DDR3 memory support.
