ImageIntel has finally released promised driver update for its G965 Express chipset. New driver adds support for hardware vertex processing resulting with better game compatibility and performance boost in games such as Battlefield 2, Call of Duty 2 and Far Cry.

New driver is available only for Windows XP users with Windows Vista version coming out soon. Please notice that there will not be any performance increase for G31 / G33 chipsets since those do not support hardware T&L capability. G965 Express and upcoming G35 chipset are the only Intel's chipsets with hardware T&L support.

More infos are available at Intel's tech blog here.
