By polishing the cooler, you will obtain lower temperature and provide safer operation and less overheating danger of overclocked graphic card or processor. Don’t forget that on overclocked card beside memory and graphic chip you should cool voltage regulators too, which get pretty warm in these cases; therefore, according to this, it would be wise to put another fan in casing in order to make better air flow which will cool these often neglected specific components. Always use the newest versions of drivers for your video card. If you want higher score in bechmark programs, turn off all unnecessary applications before you begin any test.
