Sapphire Radeon HD 4850 X2 1 Year, 6 Months ago Karma: -2
This thread discusses the Content article: Sapphire Radeon HD 4850 X2

Like I said in the other thread, the 4850 gets SPANKED by 2-3 year old NVidia technology, even though it is the FLAGSHIP CORE of ati ... knocked down for price concerns...

Here in this fraudulent "comparison" , they take the 4850x2 -YES TWO OF THEM !!! oMG ! AND compare it to just ONE gtx260.... LOL

But all over the internet- raging idiot reds fans are screaming the 4850 takes on the 260 and wins for price... and for new tech, and for blah blah blah...

But we see the truth is the GTX260 SINGLE takes on TWO 4850's and OFTEN KICKS IT'S BUTTINSKI TO THE CURB...!

I prefer honesty, and it's something the red fanboys CANNOT afford to have.

Hey, guess what, the very top tech ati core needs TWO to take on the secondary NVidia... and if you only use 1 ati 4850 - YOU NEED TO DRAG OUT THE OLD TIRED REWORKED, RENAMED, "IRRITATING" years, yes years old NVidia cores to "do a match up".

Redfanbloviators - eat my green dirt ! EAT IT !

Next time please use 2 GTX260/192 cores and take on a single 4850, for the RECORD - boy I can hardly wait to see that review ! WHERE IS IT OF RED FANNETH FREAKERS ? !
< that's not really a kiss, i don't love you, I'm sticking out my tongue.

Believe it or not GeForce GTX260 and HD4850X2 were in the same price range, even though Radeon HD4850X2 was 10-15% more expensive. But if You really read the review You would see that the review of HD4850X2 wasn’t all that positive. I quote myself "On the other hand we were disappointed with results of HD 4850 X2 in games that were lower than GTX260. During test Sapphire Radeon HD 4850 X2 achieved high temperatures so we can say that cooling solution, besides being noisy, isn’t too efficient either." You should read the review before You take BS on someone’s work.

And You aren’t a fanboy? Right... How are you different in anyway than any other fanboy? I haven’t seen so much open cheering in a long time...

And NVIDIA is so darn honest? They are so nice and good, and the big bad ATI is harrasing them, that’s so sad. Both companies are the same, and every one of them is going to mock while they are in the position to do that, so I don’t see the point of You “protecting” any of them.

Yep you are right about that, but those GPU's are 4 times smaller, consume less power, and aren't price comparable. Even though I really prefer GTX260 against HD4870, but in Serbia where we are from the price was the only thing why HD4870 always won in review - it was 50+ euros less price positioned.

and if you only use 1 ati 4850 - YOU NEED TO DRAG OUT THE OLD TIRED REWORKED, RENAMED, "IRRITATING" years, yes years old NVidia cores to "do a match up".

When you work as a reviewer and someone is sending You the same product over and over again, and trying to tell you that it is the whole new product because it has a new feature like Triple SLI that no one will ever make use of You can't consider that a good thing. So excuse me for being a critic, but my work is to critisize stuff like that. A great company like NVIDIA from my point of view shouldn’t even let ATI catch up with it. But they just left the field for competitor. So from my point of view that’s bad and I will consider that as a bad move and not just make myself mediocre conclusion for no good reason.

OK, i will do that just for your sake, even though that won’t make any sense. But I don’t think You really care that it doesn’t makes sense, the only thing You would like to hear is that NVIDIA won no matter what, and that’s fine everyone have their favourite team, cheering them no matter what.
