Our colleagues from ChilleHardware received a word from Intel reps that all Nehalem-based processors will come with embedded graphics processor.

More: http://www.chilehardware.com/foro/exclusiva-intel-nehalem-t104432.html?t=104432

* Google translate

I still cannot comprehend the idea of integrating a GPU into a CPU...

In Intel we trust
Unified processors architecture is obivsly idea...Way not? Same thing happened to Pixel and Vartex shader units

For example, average FP power for 8800GTX is (2×1350×128) = 345.6 GigaFLOPs. For 3 Ghz core 2 Quad is (2x3000x4) = 24 GigaFLOPs. But I don't think so that Nehalem would use GPU for FP computation. Maybee later versions, after Larabee. Larabee will be test balloon for General Purpose GPU computation. But, Larabee is based on very simple idea: integrate lot of simple x86 cores with powerful SIMD engine, on single chip. Because it has x86 cores there isn't needs for recompiling or using complicated API (Application Programming Interfaces) for using this powerful FP engine.
I think that the same kind of GPU will be integrated into CPU.
