I currently have 2GB in my machine (2 x 1G<br /><br />RAM seems to be very cheap now, so I am thinking of buying another 2GB kit so that I have 4GB in total. From what I <br /><br />understand windows 32-bit can only address 3.5GB.<br /><br />Will that cause me any problems putting 4GB in there, or will it happily ignore the unused RAM?<br />_________________<br />low interest credit cards bad credit lectern podium<br />

you won&#039;t have any problems with windows as long as your motherboard is playing along with memory. if possible, try to get same modules (manufacturer / model) or at least same speed / voltage..
